Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks safely on assigned interstate and long-distance routes.

• Transport and deliver freight according to dispatch instructions and delivery schedules.

• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Maintain accurate records, including electronic logs, delivery documents, and inspection reports.

• Comply with applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.

• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and transportation personnel.

• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, delays, and safety incidents promptly.

• Maintain a strong commitment to road safety, punctuality, and cargo security.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.

• Must meet applicable DOT medical certification and FMCSA qualification requirements.

• Acceptable motor vehicle record and driving history.

• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely over long distances.

• Strong time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel and remain on the road according to assigned routes and schedules.
