JOB DESCRIPTION/TASKS

You will be a Team Player involved in all aspects of the restaurant operation to include:

• Preparing, from scratch, all menu items using fresh ingredients
• Presenting visually appealing meals that customers find delicious and satisfying
• Greeting all arriving guests and fellow team members in a pleasant manner
• Helping with the daily set-up and breakdown of the restaurant
• Maintaining immaculate cleanliness of McFlamingo to include the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms
• Operating Point of Sale system to charge meals
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Minimizing waste

• Listen to, comprehend and carry out all kitchen supervisor instructions.

• Participate in training sessions and take examinations, both written and practical, to advance your hospitality and culinary knowledge and skills.

 OTHER QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• Line cook or other restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Certification or other food industry certifications are a plus.

• Full-time or Part-time
• Competitive Wages based on experience
• Regular wage increases based on performance
• Operating hours are 11:00 am to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday
