🚐 We’re Hiring: Operations Team Leader 🚐

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Team Leader to join our team and help us deliver 5-star service in our 7D transportation operations.

This role is part-time with the possibility to grow into a full-time position.

✅ Ensure a smooth morning dispatch and step in if needed
✅ Assist drivers with pre-trip and post-trip checks to keep records accurate
✅ Maintain up-to-date service records for the fleet
✅ Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and compliance
✅ Communicate with parents to confirm and adjust pick-up and drop-off times
✅ Onboard new students and maintain accurate records
✅ Keep strong communication with schools to support student transportation needs
✅ Support drivers in any way necessary to ensure excellent service for our clients
✅ Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent

⚠️ Must have a clear background check and driving record
⚠️ Must be able to obtain a valid 7D license (Massachusetts)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

• Comfortable communicating with parents in a professional and respectful manner

• Able to build positive relationships with schools and community partners

• Previous transportation or fleet management experience a plus (but not required — we will train the right candidate)
