Production Associate
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

At Signarama, we design, produce, and install high-quality custom signage that helps local businesses stand out.
We’re looking for a Production Associate who’s hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to create everything from wall graphics to vehicle wraps.
If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new tools, and seeing your work displayed across the community, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do-
Produce and install all types of indoor and outdoor signs

Operate digital printers, plotters, laminators, and other production equipment

Apply vinyl to various surfaces, including walls, windows, and vehicles

Prepare materials and substrates for printing and finishing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area

Assist customers and team members in a courteous, professional manner

Participate in cross-training to grow your skills in design, production, and installation

Comfortable using computers and eager to learn new design software

Attention to detail and strong basic math and spelling skills

Able to lift materials and climb ladders when needed

Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Experience with sign production, vinyl application, or printing is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
