Job Description
Greenbush Brewing Co. is currently hiring for both our Prep Kitchen and Taproom Kitchen Line.

comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen environment. Greenbush offers exceptional starting

Job Duties For Taproom Line Include:
-Arrive on time for your shift every day
-Review all dates of items on the line and remove any outdated items, using Waste tracking
sheet to document
-Use Par sheets to determine appropriate quantities of items on the line for your shift and make
an accurate stock list-Communicate directly with Prep Kitchen about any low stock or 86’d items that will need to be
prioritized. When time allows, aid Prep Kitchen by prepping some less demanding items for the
line yourself
-Stock needed items, always checking dates and using the FIFO method to ensure proper
rotation of food
-Stock all necessary paper and sanitation products for the line, including gloves, trash bags,
to-go containers, kitchen towels, soaps and sanitizers etc.
-Ensure any hot held food items are properly heated and stored in steam wells or alto shams for
shift
-Maintain a clean work space at all times
-Keep a running restock list during service on busy days
-Fulfill food orders in a safe and timely manner during service
-Nearing the end of your shift, work together with coworkers to complete the Daily Checkout
List, preparing the line for the incoming shift
-Complete assigned weekly cleaning projects (roughly 2 per week) in a timely manner to ensure
cleanliness in your workspace
-If working a closing shift, complete the Daily Checkout List provided, ensuring you leave the
kitchen thoroughly cleaned at the end of your shift, with all equipment safely turned off and the
building secured
Job Duties for Annex Prep Kitchen:
-Arrive on time for your shift every day
-Communicate directly with Taproom Kitchen staff to make an accurate prep list for the day,
prioritizing 86’d and low stock items
-Maintain cleanliness and stock rotation in Annex cooler and outdoor shared Walk-in cooler,
checking dates, and disposing of outdated items, making sure to document them on provided
Waste sheets
-Complete assigned prep duties in a safe and timely fashion, making sure to follow the recipes
provided and date all items accurately
-Inform Taproom Line staff of the completion of any prep items they are urgently waiting for
Job Duties for Dishwasher:
-Arrive on time for your shift every day
-Stock all needed cleaning supplies (sponges, towels, chemicals) in the dish area
-Wash and properly store clean dishes in designated areas in a timely fashion
-Provide support to Line staff by running stock items during busy times (grabbing fries and tots
from the walk-in freezer and restocking on the line etc)
-Keep your area as clean as possible during shift, keeping dish table cleaned off for incoming
dirty dishes and keeping floor as dry as possible to prevent slips
-Complete Daily Checkout List for dish area at the end of each shift
