Violation Consultant

Violation Consultant Responsibilities include:

-Research and removal of DOB, DOT, ECB, FDNY, and HPD violations

-Prepare all necessary documents and required affidavits for dismissals

-Administrative support for office (answering phones, filing, scanning, etc.)

-Working with owners, contractors, property managers, architects engineers, etc.

-Schedule inspections and communicate with clients

Violation Consultant Knowledge & Experience:

-Experience working in real estate with violation removal experience preferred

-DOB expediting experience

-Highly organized

-Great project management and time management skills

-Strong literacy in MS Word and Excel

-Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Strong customer service skills required

-Real estate experience preferred

Job Type: Part time to lead to Full Time

Required experience:

-DOB Expeditors license, minimum of Class 1
