What you’ll do

Nurses are responsible for caring for residents who require extended medical care. You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies. In your role, you will:

●  Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, medication aides, caregivers, dietary aides, housekeepers, case managers, and nurse leaders to provide exceptional care.

●  Ensure clinical practices meet high safety and sanitation standards while following professional nursing guidelines.

●  Keep documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, staff training, quality improvement, and resident rights in line with facility standards.

●  Often provide care for residents with dementia, advanced wound care needs, dialysis, heart failure, and IV medications.

What you’ll bring

●      active RN or LPN Kentucky license required

●      2 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred

●      well-developed clinical skills are essential

●      experience with a team nursing approach

●      consent to a background check and drug screen
