WeVINO Restaurant, a high-end modern Italian dining experience located in Westlake Village, is seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Sommelier to join our front-of-house team.

Our wine program features a curated 70-page global wine list and state-of-the-art Enomatic wine preservation and dispensing systems installed in the dining room, allowing guests to enjoy world-class selections by the glass in perfect condition. We pride ourselves on delivering not just exceptional cuisine but also a deeply refined wine experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through our extensive wine list with thoughtful pairings tailored to our seasonal menu

• Provide tableside wine service and education with elegance and hospitality

• Maintain and monitor wine inventory and Enomatic systems in coordination with the Beverage Director

• Train FOH staff on wine knowledge and service techniques

• Collaborate with chefs and management to continually enhance the wine program

• Assist in private wine dinners and special tasting events hosted at WeVINO

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sommelier in a fine dining setting

• Formal wine certification preferred (WSET Level 2+ is a plus but not required, CMS Certified Sommelier, or equivalent)

• Extensive knowledge of old-world and new-world wines, food pairing principles, and cellar management

• Excellent tableside demeanor and a genuine passion for guest experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, service-driven environment
