Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Create business contacts for company growth
• Mail letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers both in person and by telephone in an attempt to determine the reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of contract with the customer.
• Contacts delinquent account customers in person.
• Record and communicate information about the status of collection efforts.
• Sorts and files correspondence.
• Receives payments and posts amount paid to the customer account.
