Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care to patients with severe dementia and mobility challenges.

- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

- Safely lift and transfer clients as needed, using proper techniques and equipment.

- Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes promptly to the Agency Director.

- Educate clients and their families on self-care practices and safety in the home.

- Offer emotional support to clients and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications:

- With atleast 1 year of caregiving Experience

- Has Active TB test result (negative)

- Has CPR Certificate

- Proven experience working with dementia patients and those with severe mobility limitations.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, families, and agency staff.

- Strong physical and emotional stamina to handle the demands of caregiving.

- Dedication to maintaining the dignity and safety of clients at all times.
