We are specifically seeking skilled and licensed HHAs with experience in managing severe dementia, mobility challenges, and related complex care needs. Job Responsibilities Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, walking support, and positioning. Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up. Assist with medication reminders (as directed by healthcare professionals). Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Requirements Valid Driver’s License (Reliable transportation is required) Current TB Test Result Active Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA License Professional Experience in the Field (Must have worked with clients beyond family members) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work independently Compassionate, dependdependable, and patient-focused
