Finance Manager

Frontier Clinical Research is expanding!

Experienced Finance Manager needed with an outpatient clinical research organization on a Full-Time basis.  

Qualified candidate:

• Ensures financial processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintains QuickBooks accounting system.
• Accounts Payable functions.
• Processes payments.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepares financial reports for President and Board.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Monitors study aging reports and sponsor follow-up.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Maintains Clinical Trial Management System.
• Reviews financially archived studies.
• Leads finance meeting.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion.
• Supervises finance employees.
• Approves timesheets.
• Conducts performance reviews.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years managerial experience
• QB knowledge
• MS Office Suite 

Pay based on experience.
