FT Evening- LPN

Family Practice Associates is currently looking for  LPN's to care for patients in a busy office setting as well as desk responsibilities from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm Mon.-Fri.. Must be a hard worker who is a team player and is able to deliver excellent patient care to adults and children. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills. EMR experience as well as knowledge of Harris/CareTracker a plus. NYS LPN License required.

Hours are Monday through Friday - 12:00pm - 8:30 pm as well as rotating Saturdays. We offer an excellent benefit package and positive work environment. Please email resume and salary requirements. EOE
