As a Frenchies employee, you’ll:
*Be a creative nail tech in a fun team of friendly, knowledgeable nail experts

*Pay begins at $10.50 per hour plus bonuses and tips so typical compensation is  $18-$22.50 per hour! And don't forget about the cool perks, we can't wait to tell you!

COSMETOLOGIST DUTIES:

• Ability to execute best in class manicures and pedicures by following all defined service protocols. Must follow all policies and procedures to insure consistent service.
• Responsible for following the safety and sterilization standards for each and every service
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Support, protect, and represent the Frenchies culture at all times.
• Participate in defined community outreach activities
• Have fun!

COSMETOLOGIST QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Current Cosmetologist state license (or will be awarded soon)
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Time Management skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Team player
• Self-Motivated
• High School or equivalent
• Must speak fluent English

Preferred:

• Preferred but not required - Nail Experience

COSMETOLOGIST COMPENSATION

• Dependable and competitive hourly pay plus 15% quarterly bonus opportunity plus tips
