Cake Decorator
Croissants Bistro & Bakery is expanding and looking for a cake decorator to join our talented team of professionals at our new location. Croissants Bistro & Bakery at the Grande Dunes will feature a window into the bakery for guests to watch the decorating team and the shop will be roasting coffee beans on-site.

As a cake decorator, your responsibilities will include:
- Filling customer special orders, including wedding cakes and specialty cakes
- Icing and decorating products for bakery showcases
- Operating the bakery department mixer
- Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Answering phone calls and emails sent to bakery department regarding bakery orders
- Dynamically selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions
- Organizing and rotating stock
- Training other associates as needed
- Assisting with the delivery and set up of wedding cakes as needed
- Assisting in other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experienced cake decorator
- Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
- Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
- Ability to work well with others as a team member
- A passion for serving people and producing quality work
Our ideal candidate must be dependable with reliable transportation, able to multitask, follow instruction and perform well in a fast-paced environment, professional and positive.
Working early shifts and weekends are required. Previous professional decorating and pastry experience required. Ability to work as part of a team and independently is required.
