Assist in making our guests feel at home by monitoring the complex and responding to matters of security and safety in areas of the complex with the exception of the gaming floor, restricted areas and casino access points.


Job Duties

Immediately reports suspicious or unusual activities to management. Patrols place of entertainment to preserve order among patrons and protect property: Assists in monitoring traffic as required. Checks ID. Performs first aid as required. Works with local police, fire or emergency medical teams as necessary.  Accepts found property and tags for safekeeping, accepts found or confiscated drugs and tags for safekeeping. Assists in locating lost property, files report if not found. Removes individuals from the property when directed by management.  This position will not work on the casino floor, restricted areas and casino access points.


High school diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.  Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control BoardMust have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.  Must be able to be CPR certified.  Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in English.  Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.  Must be able to lift and carry boxes or bags of money up to 50 pounds and push or pull carts up to 80 pounds.  Must have a valid PA driver’s license or a driver’s license from state of residence.  Must have the ability to write and report incidents accurately and proficiently.
