Croissants Bistro & Bakery is expanding and looking for a baker/pastry cook to join our talented team of professionals at our new location. Croissants Bistro & Bakery at the Grande Dunes will feature a window into the bakery for guests to watch the decorating team and the shop will be roasting coffee beans on-site.

We're building an exciting new team. We believe that our staff is our most important asset and our success depends on creating and retaining a team capable of delivering an extraordinary experience to every guest, every time.
 
As a baker/pastry cook, your responsibilities will include:
  • baking breakfast pastries
  • baking breads and other baked goods
  • cooking custards and sauces
Our ideal candidate must be dependable with reliable transportation, able to multitask, follow instruction and perform well in a fast-paced environment, professional and positive.  
 
Working early shifts and weekends are required. Previous professional baking and pastry experience required. Ability to work as part of a team and independently is required.  
 
Part-time or full-time positions available.
