Objective of the position: Providing customer service support to a commercial insurance producer.
Job Summary – Customer service support to a commercial insurance producer/business owner. Preparing applications, submissions and proposals for new and existing clients. Processing policy changes, issuing certificates and otherwise providing customer service.

- Good computer skills -- Enterprise software will be taught, Office, Excel and Outlook proficiency is desired.
- Good ethical conduct
Education and Experience
No degree required. A Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License is desired.

Enter data and otherwise work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Read and understand hiring forms.
- Perform pre-employment drug screens
- Compile payroll data such as Garnishments, PTO time, taxes, deductions and benefits
- Collect data from electronic time clocks and review the data for accuracy
- Other activities as required from time to time.
Physical Factors
Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs occasionally
Must be able to bend or stoop
Working Conditions
Nominal hours are 8-5 Monday through Thursday. 8-12 Friday. Some flexibility exists.
