Maintenance Manager

Manufacturing company in the Rome, NY area is seeking a maintenance manager.  This is a fulltime direct hire position with competitive pay based on experience, full benefits and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Record incoming work, assign priorities according to production requirements 
• Maintain log of work completed, overtime records, and review time sheets.
• Supervise and train repairers and utility persons assigned to Maintenance. 
• Communicating with personnel regarding company goals/objectives and company policies.
• Troubleshoot to determine cause of problem and required repairs.
• Enforce company safety and productivity rules and programs.
• Review jobs to determine labor, equipment and materials required.
• Order parts, materials and tools.
• Determine priorities based on manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications Required

• 2-6 years of Solid Maintenance or reliability experience required.
• Course work in Maintenance Planning, Reliability Centered Maintenance is highly desirable
• CMMS training certificate.
