The Lofts at Saratoga Blvd seeks a responsible maintenance & grounds technician to handle maintenance and lawn / landscaping duties for approximately 220 units in Malta, NY. Must be reliable, experienced, with attention to detail. 

Job Description

As a Maintenance & Grounds Specialist, you will be responsible to perform general / turnover maintenance on apartments within our community. You must complete work orders for residents including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and daily maintenance, as well as interior and exterior carpentry and painting. Further, lawn care, mowing, and landscaping duties will be required. 

This is a full time position with Vacation and Holiday Pay. 

 Job Qualifications

• The experienced professional we seek will have one or more years related experience
• Have a positive attitude and possess good communication skills.  Ability to use a smartphone
• Be organized, flexible, and able to work independently
• Have general maintenance and basic tool knowledge
• Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle 
• Drug and background check required
