Office Administrator
We are currently looking for assistance in our Office/Customer Service area. General office duties will include the following.
- Assisting in Sales and Greeting Walk In Customers
- Customer Retention and Social Media Presence
- Check in/out Customers
- Fill Out warranty Forms
- Taking Phone Calls/Check voicemails
- Follow up with customers/Check on Vehicle Status
- Take Lunch Orders
- Periodic Photos of Work in progress/before & after
- Organizing Desk, Notes, Estimates and Customer Information Sheets
OR
