Job Description

Candidate Qualifications & Roles and Responsibilities 

• BA or BS desired in Computer Science, Business and/or Finance (and/or minimum of 5 years combined experience in the areas of managing, designing and/or planning wireless telecommunications networks or 10 years of equivalent experience) 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI desired. 

• Proven ability to manage hundreds of cell site projects simultaneously (New Builds, Site Modifications, DAS, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work with vendors, turn-keys, and internal suppliers to facilitate completion of projects utilizing cost, time and scope constraints. 

• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Excel required. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) needed. 

• Proficiency in MS Access, Project, Visio and knowledge of Industry Experiece with databases and tools (Siterra, PeopleSoft, etc.) desired. 

• Excellent organizational / communication skills and able to work under time pressure. 

Strong capabilities to track finances and PO’s. 

• Provide project management leadership to ensure project deadlines and milestones are met. Communicate progress; manage risk contingencies and market expectations. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead others in a technical environment. 

• Must be able to meet deadlines and daily goals. 

• Effective interpersonal skills with negotiation and conflict resolution. 

• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Must be capable of handling multiple priorities in a highly changing environment. 

• Familiarity with the FAA and FCC filing process 

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
