DESCRIPTION

Will be a strong and effective leader who will execute and formulate strategies to help accelerate systemic change, by mobilizing and developing networks of internal and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be the leader of professional’s responsible for shaping the conditions e.g. industry, regulatory, investor, consumer, to accelerate the adoptions and scale of innovations.

• Implement and develop strategies to activate and mobilize external and internal stakeholders in support of company goals.

• Drive cross function and strategic function initiatives, from establishment of shared priorities to integrated execution.

• Build lasting partnership to foster collaboration with seniors, strategic alignment and integrated go to market execution, included with Advance Innovation and across the Brand, communications, GPA and investor relations function at company.

• Engage as a senior member of the ISP leadership team to build comprehensive system change strategies.

• Demonstrate network leadership experience with extensive background in developing mutli-stakeholder strategies.

   

  QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA preferred

• MA in social science, communication, public policy or finance required.

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in leadership roles within global organizations.

• Expert written and verbal communication skills and effective professional representation a must.

• Strong negotiation skills applied across a variety of audiences and high emotional intelligence required.

• Experience working for or with a global Brand would be an advantage.

• Proven Strategic thinker, collaborator and leader with strong influencing and matrix-management skills and the ability to think “big picture” while obsessing the details.

• Need an understanding of public policy, investor relations, change management and issue management would be a plus.
