Our pediatric clinic will include speech, feeding, and occupational therapy services. We are searching for a qualified SLP who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting with room for growth.

Requirements:

-Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

-Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

-Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Arizona

-Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

-Hold current CPR certification

-Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS 

General job description:

-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders

-Administer and interpret evaluations.

-Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed

-Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals

-Regularly participate in direct and indirect supervision sessions with SLPA, as required by Arizona. Amount of supervision depends upon individual skills/experience and client need
