Job Description

This contracting position will be used to groom existing customer circuits in the network due to memory utilization and routing concerns on the network. The contractor will utilize multiple telecom engineering systems to facilitate the grooming of circuits from old network equipment to new network equipment (DS3s and OC-n’s). Systems work and database updates required in support of any needed changes. 

Qualifications

- Previous circuit design or IT experience 

- Provisioning/engineering/grooming systems such as but not limited to F&E, BGW, PC, MECCA, COMS, eASR, VDDS, SNM, Resource Manager and TCOMS,OTS 

- Relates well with others--a team player 

- Ability to follow direction and work independently. 

- Responds to unexpected job demands positively and productively. 

- Very organized, analytical and detailed oriented 

- Highly motivated--a self-starter
