- Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
- Taking customers’ food and drink orders
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
Our first location at 2201 NW 150th 73013 will be open this spring. We are building a healthy, positive work environment with room for growth! Wages range from $2.13-$16, not including tips.
Birdie's Fried Fried Chicken is a new, locally owned Korean inspired fried chicken restaurant. While the chicken is prepared based on traditional Korean style, we are very much an American restaurant. Our sides and shared plates reflect the flavors of many different culinary styles. We have 3 wines on tap and 9 local beers, as well as several bottle/can options. We've curated delicious craft cocktails and a full bar. We are building a healthy, positive work environment where staff can learn and grow, and we need rock stars to join us!!
